NAPA VALLEY
Coach Insignia, Cabernet Sauvignon
The Coach Insignia honors our family's tradition of craftsmanship, first represented in fine automobiles of the 20th century with Body by Fisher and now in Fisher Vineyards' wines of the 21st century. The Coach Insignia Cabernet represents the pinnacle of our winemaking craft, comprised of the finest selected lots of Bordeaux varietals from our Napa Valley Estate.
Tasting Notes
The 2005 Coach Insignia boasts deep garnet color with opulent aromas of black cherry, blackberries and candied violet. The palate is full, showing plum and casis, accented by layer of espresso-like fine grain tannin. With time in the glass the wine continues to open, evolving to express further nuanced aromas of tobacco leaf and dark cacao powder.

Review
Red-ruby. Aromas of black cherry, mocha, exotic spices and chocolatey oak. Juicy, intense and rather high-pitched, with a fine grain to the raspberry, redcurrant, mineral and spice flavors. Youthfully tight and serious Cabernet, finishing with a lovely subtle lingering sweetness and an attractive light touch. The tannins dust the front teeth.
