SONOMA COUNTY

Coach Insignia Chardonnay

A pure 100% Coach Insignia Chardonnay blended from grapes selected from different blocks of vines here on our mountain, where the elevation ranges from 1,100 - 1,500 feet, where some vineyards face north and others south. Grapes are brought into the winery early in the day, whole-cluster pressed, and delivered to barrels in the cave by gravity flow. They ferment in French oak barrels and rest on the lees for 10 months before they are racked and bottled. The style is rich and complex, while maintaining high acidity and mature fresh fruit.
