Napa Valley
RCF Merlot
The 6-acre Fisher Vineyard estate vineyard was planted with Three Palms Merlot bud-wood and the Diamond Mountain clone of Cabernet Franc in the sandy, stony soils on the Silverado Trail just south of Calistoga. The vineyard brings low yields of less than 3 tons/acre, producing ripe and flavorful berries with thick skins.
