NAPA VALLEY

Cameron, Red Wine

The debut vintage for this wine, the 2002 Cameron is a classic Bordeaux blend of four varietals (35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc, 19% Merlot and 11% Malbec). Named after the youngest member of the Fisher Vineyards family, Cameron Fisher, the fruit for this wine appropriately comes from our younger Napa Valley vines ranging from 6 to 10 years of age. We are proud to present a blend of powerful, precocious wine made from these vineyards that shows an overwhelming sense of exuberance and is ready to impress (read more about the vineyard).

Tasting Notes

Aromas of black fruit, clove, sandalwood, candied raspberry and perfumed violet - flavors of black cherry and coffee chocolate undertones mingle with firm, ripe tannins culminating in a long supple finish with notes of spice and earth.

- Whitney Fisher, Winemaker
