The Hidden Terrace Vineyard is a well-kept secret sequestered on a steep south-facing slope at the edge of our Mountain Estate.

- Hand harvested during pre-dawn hours October 18th
- De-stemmed and double sorted
- Whole-berry fermented following a 4-day cold soak in 1-ton open-top fermenters
- Aged 19 months in French oak barrels (25% new)
- Bottled unfined and unfiltered

Hidden Terrace Vineyard
Scratched into a ravine and farmed entirely by hand due to the severe slopes, this small vineyard is composed of rare tuff (volcanic ash) soil that produces Syrah of intense concentration and varietal distinction. Extremely low yields limit production of this wine to just a handful of barrels each vintage.
